 The XLC CL-E11 safety light is a decorative safety light for your bicycle.
 It uses 20 LED chips for maximum brightness, to keep you safe and visible, whether you're driving in the dark or looking for greater visibility during the day.
 The XLC CL-E11 safety light has several functions: intermittent fast beam, intermittent slow beam, fixed beam and off. The lamp is rechargeable and contains a lithium polymer battery (3.7V/220mAh).
 It takes two to three hours to reach a full charge using a mini USB charging cable, included in the purchase.
